What you can expect:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Electrical Works Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our PV park construction projects. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and various departments to ensure the successful execution of all electrical works.

Tasks:

  • Technical supervision of the project team and subcontractors carrying out electrical work during the construction of the PV park
  • Planning and scheduling of works, technical verification and acceptance of works on site
  • Cooperation with the site manager, project manager and planning department in the execution of all works on the project
  • Supporting the purchasing team in ordering materials and services
  • Cooperation in the development of the company by creating standards, introducing changes and self-improvement

Profile:

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, renewable energy sources or equivalent
  • At least three years of professional experience in PV industry or power engineering
  • Proficiency in English and Polish is essential
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD
  • Very high commitment to project success
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate others
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
